THE CREAMY TANGY WHISKY SOUR
INGREDIENTS
JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK - 40 ml
EGG WHITE - 15 ml
ORGEAT (ALMOND SYRUP) - 25 ml
MARSHMALLOW GARNISH
HOW TO PREPARE
Combine 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black, 0.75 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz of egg white and 0.3 oz of Orgeat into a shaking tin
Add cubed iced to the tin. Shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass
Garnish with a skewered marshmallow and place on top of the drink to serve.

THE SMOOTH & FLORAL OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK - 45 ml
2 DASHES OF ORANGE BITTERS
LEMON PEEL AND ELDERFLOWER GARNISH
HOW TO PREPARE
Place a block of roughly cut ice into a glass and add 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black, 1/3 oz elderflower cordial and 2 dashes of orange bitters
Using a barspoon, give everything a stir
Spritz the lemon peel over the top, garnish with an elderflower and serve

THE SWEET & SHARP GOLD RUSH
INGREDIENTS
JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK - 45 ml
HONEY WATER (2:1) - 20 ml
FRESH LEMON JUICE - 20 ml
PINCH OF SMOKED SALT
LEMON PEEL GARNISH
HOW TO PREPARE
Add 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 0.75 oz of lime juice into a shaking tin and add a pinch of smoked salt
Add cubed ice to the tin. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over a block of roughly cut ice
Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the aromatic oils

THE SPARKLING SWEET JOHNNIE & PEACH
INGREDIENTS
JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK - 45 ml
SPARKLING PEACH ICED TEA - 150 ml
PEACH SLICE AND A SPRIG OF THYME OR A LEMON WEDGE FOR GARNISH
HOW TO PREPARE
Add 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black into an ice filled highball glass
Add 5 oz sparkling peach iced tea and stir with a barspoon
Add a peach slice and a sprig of thyme or a lemon wedge and serve

THE MIDNIGHT MAPLE
INGREDIENTS
JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK - 50 ml
1 BOTTLE ANGOSTURA BITTERS
2 CINNAMON STICKS
KNOB OF GINGER
MAPLE SYRUP - 10 ml
4 DASHES OF BITTERS TO GLASS WITH ICE
SLICE OF ORANGE
HOW TO PREPARE
Infuse 1 bottle Angostura Biters with 100g raisons or dried apricots, 2 cinnamon sticks and a knob of ginger for 24 hours and strain
Add Johnnie Walker Black, maple syrup and 4 dashes of bitters to glass with ice
Stir for 30 seconds and strain into coupe glass
Garnish with a slice of orange
